Duties of the Duty Manager Include:

Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, requests, and complaints during your shift.
Ensure seamless coordination between front of house, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
Supervise and support teams to maintain high service standards and a positive work environment.
Monitor and uphold operational procedures, checklists, and health & safety protocols.
Make timely decisions in emergencies or unexpected challenges.
Conduct shift handovers to ensure smooth continuity between teams.
Maintain accurate records, incident logs, and GDPR compliance.
