Bartender - Crazy Bear Beaconsfield

It isn’t.

We’re looking for an experienced bartender who knows the classics, respects the details and can keep their head when the bar goes from quiet to full in ten minutes.

No rehearsed speeches about botanicals. Just properly made drinks, warm service and a personality guests remember for the right reasons.

What you’ll be doing

Making classic, contemporary and Crazy Bear cocktails
Serving wine, premium spirits, beer and everything in between
Taking orders and looking after guests at the bar, on the floor and poolside.
Recommending and upselling drinks naturally
Preparing the bar properly before service
Keeping everything clean, stocked and ready to go
Maintaining high standards during busy, lively services
Helping with opening, closing and the jobs that everyone notices when they haven’t been done

What we’re looking for

At least two years’ experience in a high-quality or cocktail-focused bar
Confidence making a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails
Good knowledge of spirits, wine and bar techniques
Strong attention to detail and presentation
The ability to work quickly without letting standards slip
Warm, natural customer service
Confidence working both behind the bar and on the floor
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Evidence of your right to work in the UK

You should know your Daiquiri from your Margarita. More importantly, you should know when a guest needs a recommendation -and when they just want their drink.

Signature bedrooms, two restaurants, two bars and a hidden outdoor pool - all tucked into the middle of Old Beaconsfield.

The cocktail bar is mirrored, low-lit and built for late nights. The wine list is long, the standards are high and beige isn’t really our thing.

It’s busy, bold and occasionally a little wild. Exactly how we like it.
